Strategic review / 01

From
development
to conversion.

What has been built, what the market has taught us, and the next phase under consideration.

01Position

The position today

A real platform.
An unresolved
conversion problem.

Iravidarts has developed a substantial portfolio of intellectual property, creative assets, rights, relationships and market pathways around one of culture’s most distinctive source-worlds.

Established position

No Iravidarts project has yet reached production, greenlight or financial close.

The strategic issue is therefore not whether meaningful assets have been created. It is how those assets are converted.

The development phase has created optionality.
The next phase must convert optionality into outcomes.

02Assets

What has been built

Enough has been built
to make the question
unavoidable.

After four years of development, the company possesses a real platform. Its value is not an unsupported valuation. Its value is the possibility that a different conversion strategy can unlock more from what now exists.

01

Narrative IP

Scripts, concepts, treatments, characters, research, series architecture and accumulated story material.

02

Packaged projects

Meaningful creative and market development around The Strozzi Effect and Legend / Becoming Stradivari.

03

Cultural access

Instrument provenance, historical material, Cremona relationships, research and the physical Stradivari source-world.

04

Market network

Producers, broadcasters, agencies, directors, writers, cultural institutions, financiers and potential partners.

05

Operating infrastructure

Rights structures, contracts, company vehicles, development archives, audience work and financial modelling.

Important distinction Development value is not the same as realised commercial value.
03Learning

What we learned

The market
changed the question.

The development model remains valid. But the present market has made its dependency chain increasingly extended: each participant waits for evidence that another participant is ready to move first.

01

Validation can become circular

Broadcasters, distributors, co-producers, sales agents and financiers often seek evidence that another participant is already committed. The consequence can be extended development without a decisive event.

02

Interest is not commitment

Iravidarts has achieved meaningful engagement. That engagement has not yet created sufficient commercial certainty.

03

One team cannot execute every opportunity

Prestige television, historical feature film, experiential culture, children’s IP and audio require different specialist capabilities.

04

Different IP requires different conversion systems

The projects share a cultural source-world, but they do not share a single market, capital route or execution model.

Working strategic hypothesis

The next operating model should allocate resources according to the real conversion requirements of each opportunity.

04Source-world

The deeper Iravidarts thesis

One source-world.
A larger human
question.

Stradivari gives Iravidarts an extraordinary physical and cultural anchor for a wider search: how human experience becomes voice, how that voice survives transmission, and what happens when another human being receives it.

Select a lens to follow the inquiry.

SIGNAL / RECEIVER

What happens when expression travels?

Performance. Medium. Culture. Technology. Audience. Interpretation.

VOICEthe encounter
SOUNDSIGNALAUTHENTICITY
The connective tissue

Each project asks the same larger question through a different receiver: screen, live encounter, young audience, or sound.

05Pivot

The proposed shift

From a development-led model
to a conversion-led one.

This is not a rejection of development. It is a change in what the company asks development to do: identify the strongest proposition, design its execution model, validate its economics and create enough certainty to attract participation.

The model so far

Development-led

02Package talent
03Seek validation

The working hypothesis

Conversion-led

01Identify strongest proposition
02Design execution model
03Validate economics
04Secure anchor partners
05Commit sufficient capital
06Create certainty → execute
Important boundary

The pivot does not mean ignoring pre-sales, incentives or broadcasters. It means not making a project’s existence conditional on every external commitment arriving first.

06Portfolio

Six routes through one world

Different propositions.
Different conversion
systems.

Relative priority is not the same as readiness. The portfolio becomes investable when each opportunity is paired with the partner, test, capital and decision gate it actually requires.

The Strozzi Effect

A premium series built around acoustic cinematography, a rare instrument and the consequences of what happens when sound becomes evidence.

Next conversion test

Re-engineer the production proposition: test the 6×60 working hypothesis, refresh the budget, establish realistic AI efficiencies and seek a concrete broadcaster position.

Read the labels carefully

These are working positions and development states, not claims of production, financing or commercial outcome.

07Operating model

The company around the work

A small central core.
Specialist teams
around each route.

Iravidarts does not need to become a larger generalist production company to move forward.

The proposed structure is a central stewardship core for IP, rights, strategy, capital allocation, brand, portfolio coherence, investor relations and business affairs. Specialist execution teams are assembled per opportunity, according to the proposition.

08Roadmap

Decision phases, not dates

Test. Commit.
Execute. Scale.

The sequence matters. Each phase should earn the right to ask for the next commitment, while keeping the portfolio’s optionality visible.

Phase 01

Find the strongest propositions

Distil the portfolio, define the tests, establish the economics and identify the evidence required for a real decision.

Fresh Strozzi budget and production testDirector-led Legend package reviewBack to Baroque pilot designSpecialist route for Muse and audio
Decision principle

Capital should follow evidence, and evidence should be designed before capital is committed.

09Capital

The investor question

Not “how much more
development capital?”

“What capital is required to convert the platform that now exists?”

There is no arbitrary new amount to present before the conversion tests are designed. The requirement should be built from the selected route: production budgets and equity gaps, a Back to Baroque pilot, specialist teams, audio activation and a lean central operating cost.

Once those tests have produced evidence, the next capital requirement can be more specific, more accountable and more useful to an investor.

11Conclusion

The decision in front of us

The question is no longer
whether there is a platform.

It is whether the platform can now be given enough structure, focus and capital to convert its strongest propositions into outcomes.
